Hi there,
I want to first thank you for the wonderful hosting service. I've been very happy with x10hosting so far. I'm just wondering about the certificates. I've had some issues in accessing parts of the site and sending email through my hosted account. My browser and email applications keep warning me that the site certificates have not been verified. Perhaps you could check on this.
Regards,
Casey

Hello,

When using php mail(), ensure the content type is set to text/plain in a header.
The certificates are all safe, something to do with recent upgrades. Just add an exception if you get an alert. I know they've been fixed on some servers, and seem to be intermittent.

Thanks.

Here's the message I'm getting in Firefox.

"This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect
securely to chopin.x10hosting.com:2083, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely,
sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

If you usually connect to
this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.

Technical Details:

chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.

(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)"

Obviously this is not normal. Yes, I could just add an exception, but I shouldn't have to. What do you reckon?
