Site / Cpanel not working...

Hi, if I try to go to my Cpanel, I get a connection failed error. If I go to my website, I get a 404 error. Account: zlools Site: zlools.exofire.net Server: Stoli (spelling?) Also, if I try to log onto the main site (x10hosting.com) I get this:

An Error Has Occurred Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend. If you encounter any errors while using the account panel, please post on our forums.

Any help would be great, my site first went down last Friday. I went on my senior trip and just got back, so I don't know what happened in between.

Make a ticket for support at support.x10hosting.com. Sign in with your forums user name, and staff with assist you in the oredr your ticket was received.
