Site Critiques

[Dakow]

I know this is asking a bit much, but I have 3 sites that need a bit of critique...on content/design, whatever.

http://dakow.urlq.com - My personal site, Blog about what's going on in the news, reviews, and my opinions of such. Plus the whole art thing, whatever. Not totally complete, like 5 pages need to be made or something like that.

http://www.girowing.com - This is a website I made for the team I used to row for, it's fully complete and is really needing critique.

http://www.thecamelfiles.info - A site solely devoted to the ridicule of a friend of mine. New layout, but needs to have the 'files' converted.

the first two are ok, but with all the white space it looks so empty.

thecamelfiles looks messy for me. the date and the header should be spaced bit and the side navigation should also have some margins around it.

The first two should be wider, I think. Lots of white space in the margins.

They all look great, I actually like the simple white.. Gives it a very clean look.
My only critique is on the second one. I try to steer away from using cursive fonts, it's hard for alot of visitors to read, including myself...

the first 2 are ok, i just dont like them little circles around the nav on the 2nd one, teh third one looks like something from microsoft publisher....but none the less you seem to know what you are doing so nice jpb

These are good professional website'S. Not every site needs good graphics, but also a good oversee-able layout and this is really good, might use some graphics, but rowing doesnt fit in with grunge or abstract :happy:

they are very nice, there is a bit to much white though. very professional and Born2Shoot is right all websites don`t need graphics to look good ....but some graphics could help. Just a thought
