Site deleted after migration (Boru SAN migration)

Cory hasn't updated in a long time, so I'm assuming that Boru is done migrating? Anyways, it's been "migrating" for a week now and my website was deleted. I worked so hard on my Joomla CMS and it just got deleted with the SAN swap. This is infuriating. There has been no trace of anything via FTP or the web since the Boru swap took place.

Anyways, this is a support request because I'd like to know what's going on. Is my website supposed to be there? Because it's not. Cory's threads don't really go in-depth that much, and he said that the 2nd swap will begin shortly about 4 days ago. I'm not mad at any individual administrator, I'm just mad that my large website has now vanished. If I could get some information as to what's going on, that would be great.

I will have to have a staff member assist you with this. I don't have much information on why this happened and what will happen now, so all you can do is wait until someone higher up the food chain can assist you.
