Site deleted due to inactivity. Need to retrieve data!

Hi,

I have fallen short of x10hosting expectation to visit forum.

My apologies! I have been out of touch with the site for a couple of months as I was away.

However there was a lot of work that I was doing on my site which I wasn't able to backup in time.

Now the site does not exist any more.
Please advise if I can get my data back. Its really important for me.

I shall be grateful for that.

If your account is suspended for inactivity you can un-suspend it from within your Account Portal (AP) - but if you do not do this within 14 days the computer (system) will delete it and ALL of its files - NO backups are made - anytime after the 14 day delay

If your account has been terminated - removed from the server (system) - you can create a new one and restore any backups YOU may have

Suspended for inactivity does not apply to Prime, Premium and VPS plans

One small detail to add: depending on your location, you are not always able to create a new Free Hosting account. The country restrictions do not apply to Premium or VPS plans, except when US law or international agreements to which the US is a party prohibit trade with your country.
