Site doesn't load, and can no longer submit support tickets

I suppose it is free hosting, but my site hasn't even been able to load for about a month now... brickiadmin.pcriot.com. Any ideas?

1. It helps if you use the Forum account attached to the free hosting account when asking questions. I tracked it down using your domain.

2. The x10 nameservers are stuck pointing your domain at the old server.

3. Can you log onto cPanel on your server Vox?
