Site doesn't work sometimes

I installed moodle for my college, so it's important for the site to be online all the time. the problem is sometimes the work doesn't function correctly, does have to do with Moodle?

I am guessing it might be a moodle issue. I have seen several members have issues with moodle and their sites not working properly.
