Site doesn't work.

My site, http://signal.exofire.net/, does not work.

When visited it gives me a download box for some odd file.

I deleted .htaccess, perhaps that is the cause of the error?

your site seems to be working for me but I do not know what it is suppose to look like. as for your .htaccess file it simply points to the 404 Error page. you can simply make a new one just make sure you have your show dotfiles on and make a new file named .htaccess open the file and enter this line into the blank page

ErrorDocument 404 /notfound.html

Seems it was another bug induced by the apache update. All's well now.
