Site Down A Lot

I've noticed that my site is down a lot lately, ever since i installed SMF and TinyPortal. Do i need to upgrade my PHP so it can handle it, it does work and i have intermediate php.

I'd say that it's coincidence, off the top of my head. x10 has just been down a lot lately. Is the site itself down or only things that use MySQL?

Please read the news/server alerts section. You should not need anything higher than intermediate PHP.
