this thread
I followed your instruction above and and still no site. I change the domain to a 123temptemp.x10hosting.com and then changed it back leaving the www off. Now I get "page cannot be displayed" using
277mikedrive.com and the same page I was getting before:
"Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanel" at
www.277mikedrive.com.
Also from the x10 log-in page my new link to my cpanel is 277mikedrive.com:2082 but I get "page cannot be displayed" with that link. I have to use the www to get to my cpanel.
My site is really basic. If it's easier you could even delete my account and I can just start a new account for my domain. I have all my files saved. what ever makes things easier for you.
myuser cpanel user name for this account is mikedr
OK I tried the following:
changed my current domain to temp.x10hosting
opened a new account (user: houseweb) with my domain 277mikedrive.com
I could access my site using 277mikedrive.com but when I added the www I still get "
Apache is working on your cPanel". I really need the www because that's how I advertised it.
the new account I created is set to a temp.x10hosting domain and
Now I can't even log into my cPanel for my original account but I think it's set to a temp.x10hosting domain too.
thanks for any help.
