Site down + can't access Cpanel

Hello..
My site has been down for 2 or 3 weeks..

And I can't access Cpanel saying wrong password, though when I type the password & username in a FTP program, I can connect without any problems ..

make sure you are using localhost as your database host

Go to your mysql databases, REMOVE the forum username from the database but DON'T DELETE it. Then just relink it with all permissions and that should solve your problems.
