Site down?? Can't log in?

Hi,

I read the sticky about checking to see if some servers are up or not... and in my control panel, it says:
Exim

Offline. Is this why it won't load my website? (http://dawnandderek.x10hosting.com) What can I do? Do I just wait for it to come back on? Is this something that happens on a regular basis on x10? If so, I might have to switch hosts. It makes me nervous for my site to just be down. It worked yesterday and I had a few visitors. If this is something that is a fluke and doesn't happen often, would you let me know if there's a way to predict when it'll be back up? Is there something I have to do once that happens??

When I tried to login to my ftp client, it said my account was unavailable, but I am unsuspended and able to log in on x10 hosting's account manager. Hmm.

Can anyone shed some light on these issues for me?

I do have the same problem... i have registered today morning and it was working but its not working now... same Exim offline... please someone help...

Iv'e been having the same problem lately though i'm guessing that everything will be back to normal soon as Corey is already aware of this issue.

There are issues with Absolut and Stoli. Please be patient while the staff takes care of the problems.

well, the exim offline, is just an issue about email.
but, the sites going down is an issue i've not been able to overcome, it's just a servers issue, nothing to do with exim

maybe, just have some patience, because, it seems this issue hasn't been discovered, i guess it's related to apache, and the staff is recompiling apache... hope it works.
