Site down, can't log into hosting account.

When I attempt to view any of my site's pages that contain php, I get an error page stating: "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later."

When I attempted to log into my free hosting account I got this error code: "DEADBEEF"

Can someone help me with this?
