Site down? cPanel upgrade?

and All I have is a "cPanel upgrade successful" page. What's up?

The server itself and all of that seems to be up, along with cPanel. Someone else will have to help you.

We are having a major issue, which is beyond our control. It is not actually down, However.. Depending on your ISP, and what internet servers it uses, there is a major internet router down, from GlobalCrossing which most ISP's use, anyone who has to cross this router will not get to the sites.. It will drop the connection there. I have been told they are working on this issue, but it's beyond our control right now.

I just made a subdomain to the public_html folder and my page went up on that domain, but it would be ideal with my original domain...

This issue was related to DNS on your server and has now been resolved.
