site down most time in last month

http://mustang.x10hosting.com/ was down most of time last month, either the entire site is not accessible or the database connection is not available. What went wrong here with the hosting service? And even if the site is up, the speed is very slow.

That url brings up the default x10hosting index page. That's why your site isn't showing up.
