My site is down from past few days.
Today I am getting this message.
"Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL".

Also I am not able to login to my control panel.
I am able to access thorugh my FTP account but not through control panel.
I am also able to forum.
Please help me in this regard.

Your server is chopin and probably your account is one of those that are not successfully transferred to the new Server in recent Migrations. see http://status.x10hosting.com for more info.

Some transferred accounts on chopin are also discovering problems because of High load on server..

Wait for the transfer of accounts to be done. Everything will work after that.
