Site down

My site is down. I cant reach it from the web browser or the ftp. Not the Control Panel either. My friends website is on the same server (Cossacks) but his site works fine. May it be because my account is pending a PHP version upgrade (intermediate)?

Your site works fine for me.
Try clearing your browsers cache and flushing your dns.

I tried flushing the DNS, emptying browser cache, tried using Firefox instead of IE. A friend tried to access the site too, but failed. Maybe it's the server maintenance going on right now. Anyway i'l try again tomorrow.
