Site Down

My site went down! My browser says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Usually after 5 minutes it comes back, but it's been out for about an hour now.
I'm on Cossacks, and my cPanel is working.

Cossacks is having some issues, something keeps crashing the web server.. We are working on the issue to get it resolved.

Both sites should be working. I am monitoring cossacks closely today.
