site error - still on fris

Site shows an error page:
http://evengine.elementfx.com/
Can't access with FTP nor cpanel, and it says it's on fris

I've seen a thread about the same problem, but for some reason the forum isn't allowing me to repply, so.. sorry about that.

You shouldn't reply to a thread so say you have the same problem. 1 thread per problem per user. Let's keep it clean.

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
