site errors & weird stuff happenings

Hello,
These day lately i been having error in my website saying mysql is not connected to the wordpress blog or the smf forum or correctly connected.

But another while my website smf and wordpress blog works again, its like a pattern, not work, than work than not work, and on going.

Also the weird part is that, i wasted around 1-2 hours of work yesterday fixing my forums by adding boards/descriptions/boards/modifications and all that, than today i checked my forum, everything is gone its like a timetrackback like everything i did yesterday disappear . But in yesterday when i changed it , everything was there until today.

Can you help me fix this because i wasted a lot of work in this and I don't want to do this again because i am afraid its going to happen again and waste another 1-2 hours of my time.

Oh ok.
But I need a copy of my old mysql datbase because my information was deleted , but my site errors are mostly all fixed from yesterday.

Change your configuration settings for whatever is giving you problems from

localhost
to
mysql.x10hosting.com

I been done that. Thats not the problem but thanks for your offer though, its about having my old database mysql from the admin , nothing i do can fix it.
