I have read that "Maintenance on cPanel \ Apache have been completed", but my site is failing to load, it sometimes loads, it sometimes not.

Your website is loading fine here...

If you are not able to view it. Flush your DNS http://kb.x10hosting.com/questions.php?questionid=16 and clear your browser cache and then try again

I have flushed dns and cleared browser cache, still the same.

what I see is that the website loads fine, but the only thing I see is a blank page. Add content on the website, and it should work.

I'm having this exact same problem. I'm not entirely sure what's causing it, but I do have content on my website, and sometimes it loads 1/4 of a page, sometimes it draws a blank page.

EDIT::- Just flushed my DNS & Cleared my Cache, this has not resolved my issue, and I'm on Lotus, rather than Chopin.

Yes, that is the problem! It have content's, sometimes it loads a portion then stops, sometimes load almost everithing missing only record data from database, and most of the time only a blank page.

Try uploading a testing html page with some content in it, to see if it loads.
