I was also having the similar problem with my website. Some advocate gave me these solutions.

Try any of these :

• Add int.fris.x10hosting.com to your Cpanel -> Remote MySQL if your server is on FRIS Server
• Delete the Old User and create a new one with giving it all the privileges and then adding it to that database

Now, this is my own try and it worked for me, i.e,

Actually, My password was containing ;(colon) so I just created a new user with a perfect password but ignoring special characters.

Then it worked and successfully working.
