Hello tech support staff;
Today, somehow, all of my website files are now gone and as a result, getting 404 errors (because there is no file to display). I haven't done anything to my account for a while now (apart from logging in to the cpanel and the forums) and I don't know why all of my files have just vanished! Also, ftp doesn't work ("couldn't find home directory") and when i go into the file manager in the cpanel, there is nothing.
I am very annoyed at this and am hoping my files return. I have worked on my site for nearly a year now and i'm disappointed that something has happened/ someone has done something (not saying you are to blame).
Please can you look into this (or try) and tell me if you find anything weird.
