Try logging in with your forum username and password.

What's your cPanel username, Domain plan etc.? And can you access the URL of your site or cPanel?

My site is not online and so I went to the cpanel to see what was wrong.. cpanel doesn't load up so I decided to log in to the x10 control panel and that is the message I would get after logging in!

Ps. I tried logging in with my forums usrname/pass and it just rejected my login info.

I don't see your account in the termination list, when is the last time it worked and do you know when it was created?
