i didnt kno where to post this but thought id ask here
i have a template and i want to put it on my website and i dont know how because this is my first ever website.
could someone please tell me how to ?

How is the template set up?


I think that the easiest way to put up your template will be to upload it and then save it as index.[whatever extension] (example: index.php)

So it's just a HTML page? Then upload it to your public_html folder on your web site.

Hi,

Are you ready to upload the contents?

If you are ready, then follow the steps bellow

Using your cPanel.

(1).Login to you cPanel. go to the file uploading section.
(2).browse to public_html directory, upload you files there

Using any ftp tool.

(1)download any FTP software.
(2)connect to your server by giving the server name as (yoursubdomainname).x10hosting.com
(3)Give your user name and password and login
(4)Browse to the public_html folder and put you contents there.


Thats it. the upload is done
