Hi, I’m using PHP 7.4 on your shared hosting, and I’m trying to install WordPress.

I’m getting this error:

Your PHP installation appears to be missing the JSON extension.

I confirmed via phpinfo() that the loaded PHP config is /opt/alt/php74/etc/php.ini, and there's no json section visible.

Can you please enable or fix the PHP JSON extension on my account?

Please make sure the json extension is enabled.

Hosting Control Panel:

Extra Features > Select PHP Version > Extensions

I see the extension is enabled in Extra Features > Select PHP Version > Extensions

Try disabling it, waiting 60 seconds, and re-enable it
