Site inaccesible

Most of the time, my website is inaccesible. Why is that? I can access my pop mailbox, but can't see my website.

I'm going to guess it's because you have 6+ name servers set with two of them being here. Delete all the other nameservers except ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com from your domain.
