Site is down!

My website http://kekforums.x10host.com/index.php is down, and I have no idea why. I'm almost certain it is not a DDOS attack as I only told one trusted person about the site. I logged into my x10 account and I haven't got any notifications that my site was taken down or anything. I can't login to my FTP server either, or Cpanel. It's been down for around 12 hours, went down when I was sleeping, but my dev told me when it went down

Same situation, my site is down, I read it was down because maintenance, does anybody knows at what time sites will be online again?

x10hosting's free-hosing server [ x02 ] is down (i.e. off the Web) for "PLANNED MAINTENANCES"
it went off line at about 2016-03-11 02:27:33 UTC

MAINTENANCE DETAILS

We've decided to extend the maintenance period for XO2 and complete a full FSCK and defragmentation which will save us from bringing it down next month to do it. This will take 5 or 6 hours to complete, services will return online once completed.
