Site isn't loading first time

Hi support.

Im having problems with my site. It seems it can't keep a stable connection since it is a file center for my gaming clan.

I had to refresh maybe about 5-10 times before it starts to respond successfully then when it comes to adding a folder and uploading a file, it starts to not respond and when i refresh, I get:-

"The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later."

Can this be sorted please?
