Site issues.

I am having troubles with my site access. I can get onto my home page but can not get into the subsites that I have with my site, nor can I log into CPanel. Can anyone assist?

it might be to do with the servers. What i suggest is to clear your cache and flush your dns.

as well as check the permissions on the cpanel.

Try logging in to it from here
https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

after that make sure on world or all it says read.

I know that it worked yesterday. I used Microsoft FrontPage to create the pages, could that possibly be partly why it is doing that, and would I have to make changes in that.

I tried to see how I would change the DNS information but I am not finding how to do so.


I also cleared the cache on all of my browser systems, but still no success.

Just to add to that a little bit, you are on Absolut sever which is currently being migrated to new server. That should be done soon but in the meantime your website is not going to work right.

OK, then that makes sense Carl6969 why it would not be working quite right then. I tried to see if they were still moving files/sites over to the new server, but could not find what they were working on.

I am now able to access my sites, but not my CPanel, and I attempted to change the password as well, which I go confirmation of the change, but it still has not given me access. Any further assistance?

I was wondering if the work on absolut is done, in which I would be able to access my Cpanel, as that I am still unable to access it.

Unfortunately, the work is not done yet, but staff is working hard to get the task completed as quickly as possible.

Naturally. I am anxious to tryout somethings to see if I can find a way to make it work good for me since one of the sub-sites of mine is going to be a Star Trek fan club (though I am currently the only member) is to create a members only section in the site that has the same look as the main web. I currently have a way to do so, but the design is not the same and is using a different site. LOL
