I've noticed on my site that there have been lags of sorts. It would take a while to load the main site. Often times I get the message that Chrome cannot connect to the server, and other times it works well after a refresh.
In cPanel I cannot switch to xHosting Basic, click get support, or view account settings (in that top menu) and I get the error
"An Error Occurred
Unfortunately a fatal error has occurred with processing your request. Please try again soon"
