Site never happened

That is where my site should be but it does not exist, nor can i get access to it with ftp, the controll pannel doen't even exist.

I had some trouble when creating it and had to close my browser, this is probally the reason.

As you might have read the entire server is down. This is the reason your site isn't working. And second, your browser can't screw up your website.
