Even if index.htm is present in the www directory, opening the web site causes the browser to be redirected to http://kubik.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi and then to http://staff.x10hosting.com/default.web.page/ . When I try to access index.htm or any other file through its full url (kubik.x10.mx/index.htm) I get simply 404.
In my account 'free hosting' is marked as 'active', so shouldn't I be already able to access it?
I've already searched the forum, and found no solution except waiting, but since default.web.page says this problem should be momentary, I opened this ticket as suggested.

EDIT: just discovered in the wiki I have to wait 48h before opening a ticket for this issue. Sorry, feel free to ignore this thread until friday
I would have edited the previous post but 'Save' button isn't working with Safari, nor Chrome, nor Firefox.
