Site not coming up at all

hi

I have just created my account . URL is mayank.x10hosting.com

I have uploaded a test index.html page but it is not showing. Instead the default page http://x10hosting.com/?r=cossacks_htdocs shows up. Please help.

Just to mention that I have uploaded index.html in public_html folder

Start > Command Prompt.

Then go ipconfig>flushdns
then after ipconfig>resolvedns



it should work after that.
