Site Not Found

Hello, I created a new account yesterday and installed wordpress on it with softaculous. I can log into my wordpress dashboard and have set up my website, however when I go to my website, schuleman.x10.mx, it does not load. I do not know why.

I see a website titled "Schuleman Photography"
Please clear your browser cache and try again.
If that does not work you may need to wait additional time, (possibly 72 hours), for dns propagation to complete.
If you need additional assistance just post back.

Right before you replied, I moved some files in my cpanel, and now I think something else is wrong, as I get the error "Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /home/das/public_html/index.php on line 1"

I don't know what to do.

What file(s) did you move? System or site?

1. move the files back OR
2. Uninstall wordpress using softaculous and then reinstall

I moved the files from /public_html/wp-content/themes/portfolium (that is the theme I uploaded to wordpress to use on the site) to the main /public_html. I tried moving the files back to their original folder, and when I did that and went to my website, it just gave me the index of /public_html. I then tried moving the index.php file from the portfolium folder to /public_html, and then I get that error.
