Site not loading - or takes long

Hi,

Our website (http://lsss-slapshot.x10.bz/http://lsss-slapshot.x10.gz) takes long to load for a few days now.
Or it doesn't load at all, "This site is temporarily unavailable"...

We are hosted on starka.
Username is slapshot.
