my site not loading many times of the day please tell me why

Free servers are under heavy load and occasional abuse, (either intentional or unintentional), which can cause your website to load slowly or perhaps not load at all every now and then. Also, there is currently some maintenance happening on all the servers which is causing brief service outages. This should be resolved very soon.
