site not loading

for some reason, my site

only loads when I am at my own house (only part the time). whenevre i go over someone else house, it fails to load.

ive checked other websites hosted at x10hosting, and then all load
does anyone know why?

The site loads great for me, and if you can get to it somtimes and you can see the forums x10 is not blocking you. It has to be somthing on your end.. Maybe your ISP is very slow at updating.
