Site Not loading :(

Hello, i'm posting because of the recent issues on stoli server, it hasn't resolved for me.

cPanel Username: lale
First Noticed A Problem: 03-03-08
Account Domain: nitan.pcriot.com
Server: Stoli (ad-enhanced)

my acount has probably some issue ,ince i can access my site using web address. only access cpanel via ip address , and site via proxy.

when i look at acount panel , i get ip address of 74.86.116.188
but when i ping my site (mdr.x10hosting.com) the address is resolved to 74.86.133. 216
i have already flushed my dns cache , cleared temp files , and set my dns server to be OpenDNS

anything more to ? i just need to wait until the 24-48 hrs pass for dns address to spread to servers ? or there's something wrong ?

You should be loging into cPanel ip via http://74.86.116.188:2082 The other ip is the dns zone which also a stoli ip.

I tested the website and it loads and shows the Default x10hosting index page.

OK , i can access via IP address ,
but what about access via web address ? how can i fix this?

This is something that we have been working on. I know it has been an issue for several people. 90% of the people can see and access your site. Just for some reason certain areas are unable to.

I'm still having problems, i flushed dns (i tried on windows and ubuntu, firefox, opera and ie), cleared temp files, tried with IP, i pinged my site (request timed out).

I cant connect to cpanel or FTP, i can only access cpanel via http://74.86.116.188:2082

any more suggestions?

i did some research, and if this helps, i think there's some firewall blocking some pakages at some point.
