Site not shown. Can't access via FTP.

My site: http://manelantelo.elementfx.com is not shown (404 error), and I can't access via FTP to the public_html directory.

I'm accessing with FileZilla and I keep getting 550 "Can't change directory to public_html: Permission denied" every time I try to enter public_html

When I access to the File Manager via CPanel, I can see the files are there. But I still get 404 errors.

Exactly the same for me too: theneales.elementfx.com/bell-tower - can see files in cPanel but am denied access to the directory via FTP 550 (Can't change directory to /www: Permission denied) and the web site's down.
