site not working along with cpanel.. keeps going on and off

i registed about 3 days ago.. and since that day the site has been on and off .. and for about 1 hour now its been off.
whats going on? if you can solve this i will stay with x10...
if not please suggest another host to me

First of all I ask you link your forum account with your hosting account. this can be done by logging in to your account management panel -> http;//www.x10hosting.com/login

Then when I know what server you are on and what package you have I might be able to assist you.
