Site not working at all Now!!

So i've been having problems for a couple of days now and the problem has gotten worse instead of fixed!!!
So originally I was having a problem where my site wouldn't load but a cPanel page would appear. I posted here a couple of times and a couple of times in the IRC chat but no fix.
So now the site won't load at all. I can't log into cPanel or access any pages.
cPanel login is pcpatrol
