Site not working - Error

Hi,

I am using your domain http://jagadees.elementfx.com. Everything goes the right way. when i visit my site, it is showing some error "PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /home/jack88/public_html/includes/lock.inc).".

I don't know what is the root cause?

MySQL might have been down at the time. Is it still presenting you with that error?
