Site Online/Offline?

Im trying to access my website and cpanel, but both the times i get this error:

Address Not Found

dragons.x10hosting.com could not be found. Please check the name and try again.

I read other articles and I think they too have a similar issue. I flushed my DNS too, but no success.

Can somebody please guide me through this whole thing?

Its working here, it would appear to be a DNS issue somewhere.. diagnosing where however is not always easy, for example, it could be that for some reason somehow the dns servers you go to, go to somewhere else which couldnt get to us..
