Just sorting out my blog and Ive noticed it only works with http://'mysite'.co.uk but not http://www.'mysite'.co.uk and I cant seem to sort it out so they are both the same. Also I noticed when I changed my primary site to 'mysite' in my account, I had to put it in like http://'mysite'.co.uk , and if I tried to put it in as http://www.'mysite'.co.uk it left the '.uk' part off under the display for my primary site, so I thought maybe that could be part of my problem?

For for any help

Who hosts the domain name? Do you have the nameservers setup pointing to x10? If so, an admin needs to add an alias sub-domain for that domain.

123-reg is where I registered the domain and I have setup the nameservers for x10. Maybe its because I only changed the nameservers a few hours ago, but it seems the mysite.co.uk is working because the page that comes up is wordpress related which is what Im using. When I try the www.mysite.co.uk version though it loads internal server error from freehostia, who I was using before I switched to x10. So thats what really confusing me ?

I'm no expert, but wouldn't that be because the DNS register hasn't had time to change over to pointing your domain to x10 yet? You'll need to wait in my opinion for the DNS to update. :)
Edit:

Oh one more thing, and this may be really stupid :happysad:, but when I was changing my primary site to my domain, I had to change it twice for it to stop cutting the end of my domain off (.com.au was showing as .com) so I changed it to .com.au again and it worked, so yeah that might be dumb, but that's what happened with me .

Yea thats what I thought at first, but then with it working without the www it made me think twice, if its working without the www already then wouldnt that mean they already changed it? :S Il just wait and see for now and hopefully it sorts itself out!
