Site Problems

My site is offline; however, I can log into CPannel and it says all servers are online. What is up with this? Also, I choose an ad enhanced play yet I don't see the text link it said was going to be displayed anywhere. Am I supposed to ad this myself?

Please help.

Edit: I see the HTTP server is down in the sticky but can someone answer my question about the ads please.

I restarted the HTTP server a bit ago. Regarding the ads you have to place them yourself. You can find the ad code here http://x10hosting.com/account
