site redirects to apache server

all last week i was able to view my site but now i have that message again

its like my site is switching from my homepage to this and is dos this everyday

one day is my site
another day is that message

can someone fix this

i think i found somethnig

when i type in www.monstermatt2.pcriot.com it works but if i only put monstermatt2.pcriot.com is dosnt

is cossacks only setup for only sites with www only not without
