site responding with 403 and 404 errors from one computer, but able to open my site from my home computer....
my site is vicace.com.. I am currently on free hosting and would upgrade to paid hosting once i start getting some heavy traffic.
recently for a couple weeks now I am getting 403 forbidden or a 404 not found error when I access my site from certain computers....
If I open if with my home computer it is working.. if I open it with my mobile device using 3G my site opens.... but not in certain computers
example one of the ip addresses stars like this 10.91.XX.XX
if anyone can help that would be great....
my guess is x10 hosting has put in a filter on the Ip addresses which can access the sites hosted. is this the case with any other sites????
