Site says account is suspended, user panel does not

Hello, I have a free account with x10hosting. The domain name of my website is https://cog7ne.org. When I try to go to the website it just says "This Account Has Been Suspended. The web hosting account associated with this website has been temporarily suspended! Please try your request again shortly." and when I try to log in to the hosting control panel it says "Your account is disabled". In the x10hosting user panel it says the service is active, so I'm not sure what's going on. If I broke the TOS or something like that, can I at least download my site's data before it's deleted? Thanks in advance!

Can you kindly try now? It looks like your account was suspended for inactivity. When you may have attempted to unsuspend this on your own there could have been an issue causing this to not fully unsuspend.
