Site showing cannot find server!

My site is showing the error of page cannot be displayed [cannot find server]! I'm on the intermediate version of php enabled!

is the problem due to fantastico disabled? But I had uploaded phpbb3 by my self and didn't used fantastico or is it because apache http is offline at the time? [I can't remember if it's been offline when I made site as well so just a question!]
